Born from a simple truth
We watched high-potential people leave, not for pay, but for lack of belonging, confidence or emotional support. We saw brilliant students crumble in interviews, not from ignorance, but from self-doubt. So we built a different kind of learning: pre-emptive, human-first and rooted in Social Emotional Learning.
